    Two Programmes, One Platform

Fundamentally different structures, content types and delivery rhythms — running simultaneously for overlapping cohorts

    Coaching Academy

A structured multi-module programme, alternating between in-person training days and online half-day sessions. Modules are sequentially gated — each must be completed before the next unlocks.

Lessons blend video teaching, documents, flashcard sets, reading and reflection journals — plus paired confidence surveys benchmarking each learner's growth from the first module to the last.

    Event-driven, blended, engagement-rich

    Coaching Network Journey

A two-year continuing professional development journey for practitioners who have completed the Academy. Built around rich reading material — case studies, frameworks and tools worked through between monthly supervision sessions.

A hybrid release pattern: the first modules use rolling release for immediate access to foundations, then a date-anchored schedule takes over, aligned to the live supervision calendar.

    Document-rich, supervision-driven, long-term

    The Academy Journey

In-person and online delivery deliberately sequenced with digital content

The Academy begins with self-paced welcome content, then alternates between full-day in-person training and online half-day workshops. Every module is sequentially gated, so learners progress together through the same journey.

    Foundations

Welcome content, pre-work and a first in-person training day

    Core Skills

Online half-day workshops building the coaching approach step by step

    Integration

Applying coaching in the learner's own context, with benchmarked growth measured end to end

    What This Illustrates

    Date-based release scheduling

Each module unlocks on a specific calendar date coordinated with its live session. Learners arrive at sessions having completed the pre-reading; modules open immediately after for follow-up reflection. The whole choreography runs through the release schedule — no manual content switching.

    Copy course for new cohorts

Their operational model: build once, copy for each new cohort, configure the release dates, enrol. Future cohorts are fully prepared — group, events and release dates — while the current cohort is still part-way through its journey.

    Supervision via Bookings

Monthly supervision groups give coaches a choice of session slots. Each slot is a Bookings page with capacity limits and embedded video-call links — coaches self-select their preferred time, all linked directly from the LMS.

    Integrated communications

Bulk emails keep communication associated with the course and cohort — from availability coordination to distributing contracting statements. Every group session has automated reminders with calendar invites included.

The Coaching Academy is not "online learning with some in-person sessions bolted on". It is a genuinely blended programme where the digital content and the live sessions are deliberately sequenced together — and the platform holds the whole thing: the pre-reading, the live session logistics, the post-session reflection, and the ongoing community.
