The Platform
Christian360 from Eden is a learning platform for running whole programmes — self-paced lessons, dated or rolling cohorts, live sessions, communications, impact measurement and certificates — inside the same platform that already runs your bookings, community and live classroom tools.
The course holds your branding, access rules and certificates. Modules are the unit of release — the week or chapter that opens on a date or a set number of days after someone joins. Sections group lessons inside a module, a lesson is what the learner actually opens, and each lesson is assembled from blocks chosen out of the 26-type library. Any block can be made required, holding the learner in place until it is done.
From a blank page, or from the material you already have
Draft, publish and archive courses without touching code. Set access rules, branding, typography, welcome messages, price and certificates per course — and rename Module, Section and Lesson to your own wording, such as Week, Theme and Session.
Duplicate the whole structure — modules, lessons, every block, expert settings, theme and benchmark surveys — into a fresh draft. Learners, progress and release dates stay behind. Copy the structure, not the people.
The content import wizard takes your videos, audio, slides and documents, transcribes media, pulls notes out of presentations, then proposes modules, lessons and the blocks to put in them. You review every stage before anything is built.
Once the content exists, the platform proposes practice activities lesson by lesson — a quiz, a set of flashcards, a reflection prompt — each with its reasoning and a draft ready to insert. Choose, skip or steer it.
Automatic transcription with timestamps, suggested chapter markers, and segment-by-segment transcript editing so the words stay in step with the recording.
The Difference
This is what separates a real programme from a place to host videos
Give each module a release date, deadline and reminder schedule per cohort. Content stays hidden until the moment it opens — ideal when everyone gathers for the same live session.
Unlock modules on day 0, day 7, day 14 and so on, counted from each learner's own start. New people can begin any day of the year without anyone rewriting a calendar, and an email can go out the moment their next module opens.
Require the previous module before the next opens, require a video to be watched or a quiz to be passed before a lesson counts, and hold documents back until a module is complete.
Every group gets members, linked courses, discussion channels, events, files, useful links and Q&A — with facilitator-scoped access and peer names masked so nobody's email is exposed.
In-person or online sessions with address or joining link, calendar invites, yes/no/maybe RSVP that works from an email without logging in, and automated reminders a week, a day and an hour before.
Run live polls, word clouds, rankings and message walls during the session, marked in the lesson itself, with an acknowledge-and-continue path for anyone studying at their own pace.
Open catalogue, invitation only, paid, or by application — every route is recorded so you always know where people came from
Add a named person directly.
Group membership enrols people on every linked course — and the link can be scheduled so nobody is enrolled until the date arrives.
From your public course catalogue, when you allow it.
Self-directed, cohort-specific or holding-area codes with usage limits and expiry. Holding-area codes park people in a waiting room until staff place them.
Course price and currency, discount codes, card checkout on your own payment settings.
Build a multi-page application form, share a private link that works even while the course is a draft, then move people through review, approval and payment to enrolment.
Eleven report areas, five learner states, and an export for everything else
Bulk to everyone enrolled, a course or a cohort, with templates, scheduled sending and a per-recipient send log.
The same targeting, with delivery and read status recorded. Both optional — plenty of programmes run on email alone.
In-platform notices you can pin, expire and target at a course, a cohort or everyone.
Welcome messages, module-open notices, deadline and event reminders, reschedule notices and question alerts.
The capabilities that set the platform apart
Learners post questions inside a course — publicly or privately, against the course, a module or a single lesson. Outside experts reply through a link that expires after seven days, with no account to create. Threads land in your organisation inbox alongside everything else.
"Expertise in, accounts out."
Paired surveys at the start and end of a programme, compared side by side, with AI grouping the written answers into recurring themes. Real evidence of what changed, for funders and boards.
"Move from completion rates to impact evidence."
The dashboard surfaces anyone who never started after a week or has stalled for a fortnight, alongside deadlines falling in the next 14 days and applications waiting on a decision.
"Stop silent drop-out before it happens."
A single setting moves the learner interface from clean and professional through to full kids mode with celebration animations — so compliance training and children's clubs can live side by side.
"One platform, every audience."
A searchable library of every document in a course — sortable, favouritable, with staff-only items hidden and learner access following the same gates as the lessons.
"No more lost handouts."
A branded template per course with issuer, signatory and colours, issued automatically on completion, each carrying a certificate number and verification code.
"Recognition your learners can prove."
Cohort managers get full control of their own group — members, communications, analytics — and nothing beyond it.
"The access they need, and nothing more."
The account owner can request a ZIP of 14 spreadsheets covering participants, enrolments, lesson progress, activity responses, events, applications, certificates, questions and payments.
"Your data, on request, in a day."
Parents can see their children's courses, progress, last activity and cohort — useful for schools, churches and family programmes.
"Families in the loop."
Your own iOS and Android app with native versions of all 26 block types, brand colours and font scaling. Studying needs a connection — lessons can't be downloaded for offline use.
"Learning in a pocket."
Transcription for audio and video, suggested chapters, suggested practice activities, themes drawn out of benchmark answers, and published course information indexed into the platform assistant.
"Practical AI, not a marketing bolt-on."
An enrol step can sit in a wider flow — application approved, enrol on the academy, send the welcome email — with different branches leading to different courses.
"Joining up admin, not adding to it."
Granular permission presets — give staff exactly the access they need
